These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Prestige Hyperbaric website, wellness center services, and equipment purchases. By accessing our website, booking a session, or purchasing equipment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Medical Disclaimer
Prestige Hyperbaric chambers are not FDA-approved medical devices. Nothing provided by Prestige Hyperbaric — written or verbal — constitutes medical advice. Always consult your physician.
Hyperbaric chambers sold and operated by Prestige Hyperbaric are not FDA-approved medical devices for general use. Many customers report experiencing general wellness benefits from hyperbaric oxygen sessions; however, our chambers have not undergone FDA clinical evaluation for the treatment of any specific medical condition.
No information provided by Prestige Hyperbaric — whether on our website, in written materials, or communicated verbally by staff or representatives — constitutes, or should be interpreted as, medical advice, medical diagnosis, or a recommendation to treat any health condition. You should always consult with your qualified, licensed physician before beginning any hyperbaric or wellness regimen.
2. Wellness Center Disclaimer
Prestige Hyperbaric operates exclusively as a wellness center. We are not a medical facility, medical clinic, or healthcare provider. We do not employ licensed medical professionals in clinical roles and do not provide medical care, oversight, diagnoses, or treatment of any kind.
Our facility provides client access to wellness equipment — including hyperbaric chambers, red light therapy panels, infrared saunas, and cold plunge systems — for general wellness purposes only. The presence of staff at our facility does not constitute medical supervision. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
3. Your Responsibility as a User
By using our services and equipment, you acknowledge and accept the following responsibilities:
- Medical Clearance: It is your responsibility to consult with your physician and obtain medical clearance before using any equipment at Prestige Hyperbaric or before operating equipment purchased from us.
- Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that the use of hyperbaric chambers and other wellness equipment carries inherent risks, particularly for individuals with pre-existing health conditions. You voluntarily assume all such risks.
- Proper Use: You accept full responsibility for using all equipment in accordance with manufacturer guidelines, staff instructions, and the safety rules outlined in our Facility Rules & Safety Policies.
- Accurate Health Disclosure: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete health information to our staff before your first session and updating that information at each subsequent visit.
4. Release of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Prestige Hyperbaric, Mr. Fix All Handyman LLC, and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, damages, causes of action, costs, and liabilities — known or unknown — arising from or related to:
- Your use or misuse of any equipment purchased from or used at Prestige Hyperbaric.
- Any adverse health event, injury, or medical condition experienced before, during, or after a session.
- Reliance on any informational content, testimonials, or communications from Prestige Hyperbaric or its staff.
- Failure to disclose accurate health information prior to use.
This release does not affect any rights you may have that cannot be waived under applicable state or federal law.
5. Equipment Sales Terms
All equipment sales are governed by the following terms:
- All sales of equipment are final except as expressly provided in our Refund & Return Policy.
- Equipment ships from our USA-based inventory. Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary based on carrier availability and destination.
- Warranty — Residential Use: All hyperbaric chambers and wellness equipment sold by Prestige Hyperbaric include a 3-Year No-Fuss Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship for personal, residential use. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow operating guidelines.
- Warranty — Commercial & Clinical Use: Equipment deployed in any commercial, professional, or clinical setting — including but not limited to wellness centers, hyperbaric clinics, medical or chiropractic offices, spas, gyms, fitness studios, or any facility where sessions are provided to paying third parties — is covered by a 1-Year Warranty only. Commercial and clinical environments subject equipment to higher duty cycles, increased occupancy frequency, and accelerated component wear that exceed the parameters of the standard residential warranty. The 3-year residential warranty is expressly void for any unit used in a commercial or clinical capacity. Extended warranty coverage for commercial deployments is available for purchase — contact us prior to purchase for terms and pricing.
- Warranty Void Conditions: All warranties — residential and commercial — are void in the event of unauthorized modification, physical damage, submersion, use outside of manufacturer specifications, or failure to perform required maintenance as outlined in the product operating manual.
- Prestige Hyperbaric reserves the right to refuse service or cancel an order at any time for any lawful reason, including suspected fraudulent activity.
6. Wellness Session Terms
The following terms apply to all wellness sessions booked at our facility:
- Pre-paid sessions and membership credits are non-refundable once purchased.
- Pre-paid sessions and membership credits are non-transferable between clients.
- All clients must complete a signed session waiver before their first session and are required to re-sign at each subsequent visit.
- Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 24 hours advance notice is required for all session cancellations. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) and no-shows will be charged the full session price.
- Prestige Hyperbaric reserves the right to refuse service to any client who violates our safety policies, exhibits signs of impairment, or behaves in a manner that is disrespectful or unsafe to staff or other clients.
7. Intellectual Property
All content appearing on www.prestigehyperbaric.com — including but not limited to text, graphics, photography, video, logos, brand elements, product descriptions, and educational materials — is the proprietary property of Prestige Hyperbaric / Mr. Fix All Handyman LLC. All rights are reserved.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from this website without prior written permission from Prestige Hyperbaric. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
8. Updates to These Terms
Prestige Hyperbaric reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to our website. The "Effective" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pasco County, Florida.
