Shipping Policy
Prestige Hyperbaric ships hyperbaric chambers, wellness equipment, and accessories directly to our customers across the United States and select international destinations. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Delivery Location
All orders ship to the address provided at checkout. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the delivery address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. If you need to change your shipping address, you must notify us within 24 hours of placing your order. Address changes requested after 24 hours may not be possible once the order has been processed or picked up by a carrier, and any rerouting costs will be the customer's responsibility.
2. Where We Ship
United States
Free standard shipping to all 50 states. No minimum order required.
International
We also ship to Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, and the Dominican Republic. International shipping rates and transit times may vary. Contact us for a quote before ordering.
3. Processing, Transit & Damages
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Shipping is handled via FedEx Express or standard freight depending on the size and weight of the order. Estimated transit times vary by destination and carrier availability — we will provide tracking information as soon as your order ships.
- Damaged or Missing Items: If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us immediately. We will ship replacements at no additional charge.
- Address Change After Shipment: If an address change is requested after the carrier has picked up the order, any rerouting or return-to-sender costs incurred will be passed on to the customer.
4. Shipping Methods
Standard Orders
Lighter equipment, accessories, and smaller items are shipped via FedEx or UPS based on the best available rate and transit time to your location.
Heavy or Oversized Orders (200 lbs+)
Large hyperbaric chambers and heavy wellness equipment (200 lbs or more) are shipped via freight carrier. We use DF Young, ESTES, or a comparable freight carrier depending on routing availability. Freight shipments include liftgate service unless otherwise specified. Freight deliveries are made to the curbside — see Section 7 for in-home delivery and installation options.
5. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase at no cost and with no fees. To cancel, contact us immediately by phone or email with your order number. After 24 hours, the order may have already been processed or shipped, and the cancellation and restocking policies will apply. See our Refund & Return Policy for full details.
6. Damaged During Transport
⚠ For freight deliveries: You MUST note all visible damage on the carrier's delivery paperwork BEFORE signing. Failure to note damage at delivery may affect your claim.
If your order arrives visibly damaged:
- Take clear, comprehensive photos of the damage before moving or unpacking the item further.
- Email the photos to prestigehyperbaric@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the damage.
- We will review your claim and ship replacement parts or a replacement unit promptly at no additional cost to you.
For freight deliveries specifically: Inspect the shipment carefully before the driver leaves. Note any and all damage — including crushed corners, punctures, moisture, or any other irregularities — directly on the Bill of Lading or delivery receipt. Do not sign and accept a freight shipment as "in good condition" if visible damage is present.
7. In-Home Delivery & Installation
Understanding that hyperbaric chambers and large wellness equipment can be challenging to move and set up, Prestige Hyperbaric offers premium delivery and installation services:
- White Glove Delivery — Includes inside delivery, room of choice placement, and removal of packaging materials. Available for an additional fee.
- Professional Installation — Full setup and commissioning by our certified technicians. We ensure your chamber is properly assembled, tested, and ready to use before our team leaves. See our Services page or contact us for pricing and scheduling.
