Refund & Return Policy
Prestige Hyperbaric is committed to your satisfaction. Please review our refund and return policies carefully before placing an order or booking sessions. Different policies apply to equipment purchases, order cancellations, and wellness sessions.
1. Return Window
- Equipment Returns: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the date you received your equipment.
- Order Cancellations: You may cancel an order without fees within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, the restocking and return policies below apply.
- Wellness Sessions: See the Wellness Session Refund Policy in Section 6 below.
2. Eligibility for Equipment Returns
To be eligible for a return, your equipment must meet ALL of the following conditions:
- Returned in the same condition as received — no signs of wear, use, or damage.
- Unused and unassembled — the item must not have been set up or operated.
- In its original, factory packaging with all accessories, manuals, and components included.
- Free from any signs of setup or operation (no inflation, no power-on, no pressure cycles).
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
⚠ An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form is required before returning any item. Items returned without an RMA will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their expense.
3. How Returns Work
- Email prestigehyperbaric@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return to initiate the process.
- If your return is approved, we will issue an RMA form along with return shipping instructions. Do not ship the item before receiving your RMA number.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.
- A 35% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all approved equipment returns.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:
- Custom-built or custom-configured chambers and equipment.
- Special-order products not carried in standard inventory.
- Personalized or engraved items.
- Any hyperbaric chamber or wellness equipment that has been assembled, inflated, pressurized, or operated in any way.
All sales on custom and assembled equipment are final. Please ensure the product is correct for your needs before assembly or operation.
5. Damages & Issues
We take great care in packaging all shipments, but damage can occasionally occur in transit. Please follow these steps:
- Inspect your order carefully upon delivery before signing any delivery documents.
- If you discover any defects, damage, or incorrect items, email photos immediately to prestigehyperbaric@gmail.com with your order number. The sooner you contact us, the faster we can resolve the issue.
- For freight shipments: Any and all visible damage must be noted on the carrier's Bill of Lading or delivery receipt before signing. Signing "received in good condition" without noting damage may affect your ability to file a claim.
Verified damage from shipping will be resolved with free replacement of the affected parts or unit — at no additional cost to you.
6. Wellness Session Refund Policy
- Individual sessions are non-refundable once the session has been used.
- Pre-paid session packages are non-refundable after purchase. This applies to all multi-session packages regardless of how many sessions have been used.
- Membership credits are non-refundable and non-transferable between clients. Credits may not be shared, gifted, or applied to another person's account.
- Unused session credits remaining from a cancelled membership may be applied as store credit toward equipment or accessories purchases at management's sole discretion. Contact us to discuss your options.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours advance notice, as well as no-shows, will be charged the full session price.
