Map the full route before choosing a size

Use measured dimensions rather than a statement that a doorway is standard. The crated shipment and the unpacked equipment may have different access requirements; ask for the relevant figures for the exact model.
Separate building permission from physical fit
A route can be large enough and still require arrangements with a property manager or receiving team. Ask about delivery appointments, permitted receiving locations, and any required access documentation.
