Prestige Hyperbaric is not a party to any sale on this marketplace. We do not inspect, verify, warranty, guarantee, appraise, or stand behind any unit listed. Buyer and seller transact directly.
Do not call or email us with questions about a specific listing. "Should I buy this one?" "Is this a fair price?" "Can you help me negotiate?" — those calls are not accepted. Contact the seller through their listing.
Used chambers are sold AS-IS, at your own risk. Do your own due diligence. Verify the unit in person. We are not responsible for anything about a marketplace transaction.

Listings are reviewed within 24 hours. Prestige reserves the right to reject any listing that appears fraudulent, mispriced, or otherwise inappropriate for the marketplace — the $300 fee is refunded only in that specific case.

If buyer and seller want Prestige to formally facilitate — pre-purchase inspection, coordinated pickup or shipping, white-glove reinstallation, payment holding, or any other assistance with the transaction — the fee is 20% of the final agreed sale price.
Paid upfront by the buyer at the time of purchase, before Prestige takes any action. No exceptions, no partial engagement, no "just a quick question."
The 20% covers our coordination, verification, and logistics work end-to-end for that transaction. Individual services (moving only, inspection only, etc.) are not sold separately in the marketplace context — this is the single doorway in.

What We Do
- Host your listing on a rolling basis (30-day refresh required)
- Display photos, asking price, location, condition, and seller-provided details
- Require buyers to log in before revealing seller contact info
- Reject fraudulent or off-topic listings before publication
- Facilitate the sale end-to-end if both parties pay the 20% fee
What We Do Not Do
- Answer questions about individual listings before the fee is paid
- Negotiate, mediate, or advise either party on price
- Verify seller claims about hours, condition, or history
- Warranty, guarantee, or insure any marketplace unit
- Hold funds, escrow payments, or process the buyer-seller transaction
- Ship, move, install, or inspect a unit unless the 20% fee is paid
