Installation & Site Readiness Review

Effective July 30, 2026  |  v2026.07.30  |  Prestige Hyperbaric (Prestige Hyperbaric and Wellness LLC)

Read this end-to-end before you sign. It exists so nothing surprises you the day the freight truck arrives.

⚠ Required Before Ship Date

Why This Exists

Prestige Hyperbaric (Prestige Hyperbaric and Wellness LLC) has learned that customers routinely underestimate the size, power, and pathway requirements of hyperbaric chambers and related wellness equipment. This document exists to make sure you're ready before your equipment ships — and to be explicit about who is responsible for what during move and installation.

Read every section carefully. When you're ready, the signable Site Readiness Waiver at the bottom of this page confirms you understand and accept these terms.

Section 1 — Chamber Weight & Palletization

Section 2 — Delivery Path & Clearance

Section 3 — Electrical Requirements

Section 4 — Ventilation & Placement

Section 5 — Moving & Installation Liability

Section 6 — Fragile Items, Artwork & Valuables in the Delivery Path

Before the delivery team arrives, the homeowner must clear the entire delivery path of all artwork, fragile items, antiques, decorative objects, mirrors, glassware, sculptures, hallway tables, rugs, and any personal property of significant financial or sentimental value.

Section 7 — Delivery Crew Identification & Insurance

Freight, delivery, and installation labor is performed by independent third-party carriers and movers, not Prestige Hyperbaric employees. Depending on your location, route, and delivery type, the crew that arrives may be dispatched by a freight company, a local moving service, or a subcontractor that a moving service has engaged on its own.

Section 8 — Technician Contact & Communication Policy

Technicians dispatched to your address are field labor. They follow a specific written scope of work prepared and directed by Prestige Hyperbaric. They are not clinical staff, therapy advisors, salespeople, or company spokespeople.

If you circumvent Prestige Hyperbaric and engage a technician directly — to save money, to have unauthorized work performed, or to work around our process — you assume 100% of the liability for what happens next.

Section 9 — What You Must Confirm Before We Ship

The signable form below will ask you to confirm:

Section 10 — After Installation

Once the chamber is in place and powered on, Prestige Hyperbaric provides remote or on-site support to verify function. If the chamber does not function correctly, Prestige Hyperbaric will diagnose and repair or replace under warranty.

Cosmetic issues (scratches, dents from move) are documented on delivery — you should photograph the crate condition immediately when the truck arrives.

Do not sign the Site Readiness Waiver until you have read every section above. Your site must be ready before we ship.
