Prestige Hyper Chiller

$2,000 HCH

Prestige Hyper Chiller — extreme-performance cold water chiller with a higher-pressure pump and stronger chilling capacity. 6 in stock in Florida, ships now.

What this is

The Prestige Hyper Chiller is our extreme-performance cold water chiller, built on a heavy-duty industrial chilling platform and finished with the Prestige Hyperbaric mark. It pairs a higher-pressure circulation pump with greater chilling capacity than a standard recirculating chiller — built for cold plunge tubs, recovery studios, and equipment cooling loops that need to pull water down fast and hold it there.

Key features

Panel & connections

Every detail below is read directly from the unit in our Holiday, Florida warehouse.

Electrical input110V input, IEC C14 appliance receptacle (detachable power cord)
Water connectionsFour brass barbed fittings on the rear panel, labelled INLET (A), OUTLET (A), INLET (B) and OUTLET (B) — two independent supply/return circuits
Water level indicatorVertical sight gauge on the rear panel with FULL, NORMAL and LOW bands
DrainManual drain valve at the lower rear of the cabinet, labelled DRAIN
Cooling airflowTwin rear exhaust fans plus a full-length louvred intake panel along the side of the cabinet
Front panelT-503C digital controller, ALARM and NORMAL indicator lamps, illuminated rocker power switch
HandlingIntegrated top carry handle

Because the chiller carries two separate inlet/outlet circuits, it can serve a single loop at higher flow or two independent loops — for example a plunge tub and an equipment cooling line — from one cabinet.

T-503C controller reference

The chiller ships with a T-503C controller. The display area cycles through water temperature, system parameters, alarm codes and other data, holding each field for about one second; after power-on the full display settles within roughly five seconds. The two indicator lamps on the left of the display report operating state:

IndicatorStateMeaning
Upper-left red light (D1)LitController is operating in intelligent control mode
Upper-left red light (D1)FlashingController is operating in constant temperature mode
Upper-left red light (D1)OffController is in parameter setting mode, or is displaying room temperature
Lower-left red light (D2)LitController is in a cooled state
Lower-left red light (D2)FlashingController is in an uncooled state
Lower-left red light (D2)OffController is in a micro-cooled state

The four keys behave as follows:

KeyNameFunction
RSTDetermine keyOK button — saves and exits after setting data
SETSet keyModifies the parameter settings
Dial up keyIncrements a numeric value or parameter entry
Dial down keyDecrements a numeric value or parameter entry

Key combinations cover factory parameter adjustment, user parameter adjustment, flow-rate and room-temperature checks, quick setpoint adjustment, and a self-test mode. The full instruction card is fixed to the unit and supplied with every chiller; call 727-591-4268 if you need a replacement or a walkthrough.

Shipping & setup

Six units are in stock at our Holiday, Florida warehouse and ship from stock. Shipping is calculated at checkout. The chiller requires adequate ventilation clearance around the intake and exhaust for rated performance; run it with clean, filtered water and inspect the loop periodically. Full electrical, plumbing, and clearance details are supplied with the unit.
