Why Choose Cut-to-Length Over Pre-Cut Hoses?
No wasted tubing. Every extra foot of oxygen hose you have to route somewhere in your chamber is another foot that can kink, coil awkwardly, or trip you on the way in. Cut-to-length means the hose is exactly as long as you need — no more, no less.
No cutting hardware required at home. Not everyone owns a proper tubing cutter or wants to guess at where to make the cut. We use a professional cutter for clean, square ends that seat properly into oxygen fittings.
Better than the 100-ft roll for smaller needs. If you only need 3 feet or 8 feet of tubing, buying a 100-ft roll is overkill (and $175 for 100 feet vs. $12–$32 for the length you actually need doesn't pencil out unless you'll use the whole roll).
Faster fit-testing. New chamber user? Trying a new mask setup? Order a few different lengths, figure out what works, and then buy the 100-ft roll later if you need to make more.
Why It Costs More Per Foot Than the 100-ft Roll
Full transparency: cut-to-length tubing costs $4 per foot, versus $1.75 per foot if you buy the 100-ft roll and cut yourself. That's because every cut-to-length order requires manual handling at our warehouse — we measure, cut, coil, and pack each custom length individually. That labor cost is baked into the price.
If you need more than about 44 feet of tubing total, the 100-ft roll saves you money. Under that, cut-to-length is the more sensible option.
