Cut it to whatever length you need. The tubing is segmented every 6 inches along its full length, so you cut at a segment line with scissors or a blade and you have a hose the exact length of the run — no coiled slack behind the chamber, no hose that comes up short. Both ends of any cut section terminate in tapered cuffs that fit standard 22 mm adapters, so a cut length connects the same way a factory-finished hose does.
