Ten Applicators, One Chassis: A Field Guide to the PMST LOOP Series

Posted October 17, 2026·Prestige Hyperbaric

A Saturday accessory spotlight on the PMST LOOP PEMF system: four chassis options, ten swappable applicators, and how owners build a kit that grows with them.

Here is a fun one for the accessory shelf. Most PEMF gear asks you to pick one shape and live with it forever. The PMST LOOP Series flips that around: you buy one chassis, and it drives a whole family of swappable applicators. Ten of them, to be exact. Same controller, same cart, a different coil for whatever the session calls for.

So this Saturday we are pulling every applicator off the workshop shelf and walking through what each one is for, the way we would if you were standing next to us in the Holiday, Florida showroom.

First, the chassis

Every PMST LOOP chassis accepts the same ten applicators, so the choice comes down to volume and how many people you want to run at once. The standard PMST LOOP fits home wellness programs and small studios. The PRO adds higher output for athletic recovery and mid-volume practices. The PRO MAX runs maximum output for high-volume practices. The DUO has two independent channels, so two zones or two clients can run side by side. All four run on standard 110V power, and the field reaches roughly 4 to 6 inches (10 to 15 cm) depending on the applicator.

The loops: focused work

Single Loop LARGE (12 inches). The workhorse. This is the one in today's video, and it is the applicator we reach for first for big areas like hips, shoulders, knees, and the lower back.

Single Loop SMALL (8.5 inches). The same idea scaled down for elbows, wrists, ankles, and the neck.

Butterfly Loop LARGE (6 inches) and SMALL (4 inches). Twin-coil designs for both sides at once, spinal segments, or precise spots. The small Butterfly is the detail brush of the set.

TMS Head (4 inches). A head-focused applicator built for neurological wellness protocols under practitioner guidance. This is one we always set up together with the owner's practitioner rather than as a plug-and-play extra.

The pads and wraps: coverage

Double Pads (8 inches). Two flat pads that sit flush along the back, thigh, or calf.

Cube (16 x 16 inches). A three-dimensional field for arms, legs, or the torso, for when you want to surround an area instead of pointing at it.

Belt (14 x 28 inches). A wearable wrap for the lower back, abdomen, or upper leg. People love that they can move around while it runs, which is perfect for a quick warm-up.

The mattresses: full-body sessions

Mattress (55 x 25 inches). Lie down and relax. This is the favorite for whole-body wellness sessions, wind-down routines before bed, and guest-facing spa sessions.

Double-Layer Mattress (71 x 25 inches). A longer, dual-layer version for taller users or more intense full-body sessions.

How owners actually build a kit

Nobody needs all ten on day one. Most home owners start with the chassis and two or three applicators matched to their routine, usually a Single Loop LARGE, a Belt, and a Mattress. Recovery-focused studios tend to add the Butterflies and the Cube. Wellness centers that pair PEMF with hyperbaric, red light, sauna, and cold plunge often center the experience on the Mattress, and some guests like a 15 to 20 minute Mattress session right after their chamber session.

The nice part is that the system grows with you. Buy the chassis once, then add applicators as your routine develops. No new controller, no new cart, no relearning a new interface.

Safety, the Prestige way

PEMF is generally very well tolerated, but a magnetic field is still a magnetic field. Anyone with a pacemaker or another implanted electronic device, or who is pregnant, should not use it without a physician's go-ahead, and the full list of precautions is in the 28-page owner manual. Keep about 12 inches of clear space around an active applicator, so credit cards, phones, watches, and hearing aids stay outside that zone.

One more thing we always say out loud: the PMST LOOP is a room-side system, and it lives outside the hyperbaric chamber. Any electronics used inside a chamber, including chamber-installed accessories such as red light or PEMF, are used at the customer's own risk. Prestige never claims any electronic device is 100% safe in an oxygen-enriched environment, and we never endorse personal electronics like phones, laptops, or watches inside a chamber. Read our full position on the electronics disclaimer page.

The Prestige take

We like gear that is honest about what it does and easy to grow into, and a modular applicator system fits how real owners use their equipment. The PMST LOOP Series is made to order with typical lead times of 3 to 6 weeks, ships freight to the lower 48 as standard, and our showroom has one set up for guest sessions so you can feel the difference between a Loop and a Mattress before you choose.
