NFPA 99 is the National Fire Protection Association's Health Care Facilities Code, and Chapter 14 of that code governs hyperbaric facilities. Chapter 14 covers chamber construction, ventilation and exhaust, oxygen storage and piping, fire suppression, static electricity control, patient grounding, staff certification, and emergency procedures.
