Amy's Grand Vessel of Power 2.0 ATA hardshell chamber, delivered white-glove to her New York basement with the AC upgrade, the 20 LPM oxygen upgrade, and a 220V system, then set up and walked through with her family.

Meet Amy and her new Grand Vessel of Power. Amy's 2.0 ATA hardshell lay-down chamber now lives in a finished basement room at her home in New York. She was kind enough to let us photograph her with the finished setup, so the photos here are the real room, the real equipment, and the real owner. No renders, no stock imagery.

Her system was built out with the options that matter most for everyday home use: the AC upgrade for cooling and comfort, the 20 LPM oxygen upgrade with a dual-concentrator setup, and a 220V electrical configuration. Prestige handled white-glove delivery, placement, hookup, and a hands-on orientation in the room where she'll actually use it.

White-glove delivery into a finished basement

A hardshell lay-down chamber is a serious piece of equipment. The Grand Vessel of Power weighs roughly 800 lb depending on options, so the delivery path, the final position, and the clearance around the door all get worked out before the truck arrives. With white-glove service, the Prestige team brings the chamber in, sets it where it belongs, levels it, and leaves the room clean.

A basement room works well for a home chamber. It stays quiet and private, and there's space for the system cabinet, the AC unit, and the oxygen equipment beside the chamber. You can see the layout in the photos: the chamber along one wall, controls within easy reach, and the support equipment grouped so it's easy to check before each session.

The system behind the chamber

A lot of what makes a hardshell chamber pleasant to use happens outside the chamber. Amy's setup pairs the Grand Vessel with a Prestige system cabinet, a dedicated AC unit for cooling and comfort during sessions, and the 20 LPM oxygen upgrade, which doubles oxygen flow with a dual-concentrator configuration.

The whole system runs on 220V. Electrical requirements depend on the configuration you choose, so Prestige confirms them with the homeowner and their electrician before install day. That way there are no surprises when the equipment arrives.

Training in the room where it will be used

We don't hand over a new chamber without a proper orientation. Prestige walked Amy and her family through the controls, the pre-session check, the oxygen setup, pressurizing and depressurizing, cleaning, and what to do if a question comes up later. The goal is for her to feel confident running a session on her own after the team leaves.

Her warranty coverage starts on the installation date, and her certificate and owner's manual go straight into her customer file so everything is in one place.

Supported long after install day

Photos can't promise a health outcome, and this story doesn't try to. Owners should follow the manual, their training, and guidance from a qualified professional for their own situation. What this install does show is the standard we hold ourselves to: careful delivery, a clean setup, clear training, and a team that stays reachable.

Buy from Prestige and get supported by Prestige for as long as you own it. It's the same team that delivered it, installed it, and knows every part by name. Explore the Grand Vessel of Power, browse more real customer installs, or book a showroom visit to talk through your own room.
