Field Install Technician (1099, Flat-Rate Per Job)
Independent hyperbaric-chamber installer for Prestige Hyperbaric equipment. Paid per completed job; work when you want, where you want.
Responsibilities
- Uncrate, position, and assemble Prestige Hyperbaric chambers at customer sites (residential and clinical).
- Complete first pressurization or start-up, verify safety interlocks, and confirm operating condition.
- Walk the owner through basic operation, hand off manuals, and collect a signed site-readiness / installation acknowledgment.
- Take install photos and short video, upload to the technician portal, and mark the job complete before you leave the site.
Qualifications
- Own vehicle and standard hand tools; comfortable lifting up to 75 lbs with a helper.
- Basic electrical and plumbing literacy (120/240V, quick-connect fittings, torque to spec).
- Reliable smartphone; able to follow written install SOPs and take clear photos.
- Independent, on-time, and comfortable speaking directly with customers.
Nice to have
- Prior installation experience with saunas, hot tubs, hyperbaric chambers, oxygen concentrators, PEMF equipment, or similar wellness gear.
- Own trailer, box truck, or covered pickup.
Before you apply: This is a 1099 contractor role, not W-2. You set your own hours between dispatched jobs. Rate is per completed install; expedite and long-distance jobs pay more.
