Who This Is For

Concierge Installation Management is designed for a specific type of buyer: an owner whose time is worth more than the project's coordination overhead. That usually looks like a residential owner installing in a large private home, a clinic or wellness facility bringing on equipment during an active buildout, a family office managing an installation on behalf of a principal, or an executive who bought the equipment and never wants to hear about it again until it turns on.

If you know what you want and are willing to run your own trades, our Professional Installation ($1,000), White-Glove Delivery (from $4,000), or VIP Owner Installation ($4,000, with the owner personally on-site) will fit you better. Concierge is for the client who wants Prestige to run the entire job.

What’s Included in the $20,000 Base Fee

• Dedicated Prestige Hyperbaric project manager as your single point of contact
• One discovery trip to your installation site (measurements, doorway and access assessment, electrical review, delivery-path plan)
• Written installation plan delivered before the install trip
• Coordination of up to 3 outside trades (electrician, door/access, freight/rigging, HVAC, or similar)
• Sourcing, quoting, and scheduling of those outside trades on your behalf
• Communication with your building manager, HOA, or property staff as needed
• Freight and delivery scheduling coordinated to your calendar
• One installation trip with our team on-site for up to 2 days
• Full chamber or bed setup, oxygen system hookup, leak check, and operational verification
• Owner walkthrough and hands-on training before we leave
• Post-install summary report with photos and vendor documentation

How It Works

1. Purchase and intake. The $20,000 base fee is paid in full at booking. A separate refundable vendor escrow (see below) is funded before the discovery trip. Once both are in place, your project manager is assigned and a kickoff call is scheduled within 5 business days.

2. Discovery trip. Your project manager flies to your site, measures doorways and clearances, reviews the room, inspects the electrical service, walks the delivery path, and identifies every constraint that could bite us on install day. You get a written installation plan with a target install window, a trade schedule, and a line-item vendor budget.

3. Trade coordination. We source and hire the outside trades against your written plan — electrician, door removal, riggers, whatever the site needs. Vendor invoices are paid from your escrow with itemized receipts sent to you as they clear.

4. Install trip. Our team returns for the installation, up to 2 days on-site. We handle delivery, uncrating, assembly, oxygen and electrical hookup, leak and pressure verification, safety checks, and your owner walkthrough.

5. Close-out. Post-install report delivered within 7 days. Any unused vendor escrow refunded within 14 days.

Vendor Escrow — How We Pay Your Trades

Third-party trades (electricians, door companies, riggers, freight upgrades) are paid from a separate refundable vendor escrow of $10,000 that you fund before the discovery trip. Every vendor payment is itemized and receipted. Any unused portion is refunded to you within 14 days of project close-out.

If the discovery trip surfaces vendor work that would exceed the $10,000 escrow, we present you with the vendor quotes for approval and you wire a top-up before that work proceeds. Every vendor payment is itemized and receipted. Prestige does not front your project cash, and you don't wait on a Prestige invoice for reimbursement.

All Concierge payments — base fee, escrow, top-ups, and overages — are made by wire transfer. Shopify invoice or Chase Merchant may be used only for smaller line items by prior written agreement. This tier is designed around wire-cleared funds, not card processing.

Additional Time & Scope Changes

The base fee assumes the scope described above. If the project needs additional on-site days, additional trips, or coordination beyond 3 outside trades, the following rates apply and are billed on top of the base fee:

• Additional on-site day: $6,000 per day, per Prestige team member on site
• Additional trip: $6,000 per day on site, plus actual travel (flights, hotels, ground transport) at cost
• Additional remote coordination: $600 per hour for coordination beyond the included scope, billed in 15-minute increments
• Rush turnaround or after-hours work: quoted at time of request

Overage work is authorized in writing before it begins. You will always see the number before you approve it.

Rescheduling & Cancellation

Concierge trips are scheduled around your calendar, and travel is booked once the discovery date and install window are confirmed. If dates change after that:

• Rebooking fee: $2,500 per rescheduled trip, in addition to any non-refundable travel already incurred
• Non-refundable travel: flights, hotels, and rental vehicles already booked stay charged to your account, whether or not the trip proceeds
• Cancellation before discovery trip: $5,000 of the base fee is non-refundable; the balance is returned along with unused escrow
• Cancellation after discovery trip: discovery-trip work is retained and non-refundable; install portion refunds are calculated against work already performed and travel already committed

These terms exist because a concierge calendar has real value. When you change dates, we absorb the schedule impact and vendor rework so you don't have to — but we don't absorb the cost.

What This Service Is Not

Concierge Installation Management does not include the price of the equipment itself, permits (if your jurisdiction requires them), the actual cost of trade work performed by outside vendors (paid from the escrow), major structural modifications to your building, or ongoing service after the install. If the chamber cannot pass acceptance because of a manufacturing defect, we document the defect, complete every non-defective portion of the install, and manage the manufacturer follow-up as part of the base fee &mdash but replacement parts and additional manufacturer visits are handled separately.

Payment & Legal

Full base fee ($20,000) is prepaid by wire transfer before your project manager is assigned. Refundable vendor escrow ($10,000) is funded by wire before the discovery trip. All payments are governed by our published Payment Terms and a supplemental Concierge Installation Management Service Agreement issued at booking. Credit cards are not accepted for Concierge Installation Management. Prestige Hyperbaric is not a medical facility and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.
