The Constant O2 Monitoring Kit installs outside the chamber and creates a small, precisely metered sampling line that continuously draws air from inside the cabin and delivers it to an external oxygen analyzer reading at ambient atmospheric pressure. That distinction matters — a sensor placed inside a pressurized chamber reads a distorted value because pressure changes oxygen's partial pressure. Sampling the air out and measuring it outside gives you an accurate, trustworthy number, every session.
What This Kit Does
The kit creates a small, safe, precisely metered sampling leak — pulling a continuous stream of air from inside the chamber and delivering it to an external analyzer at ambient pressure. Sampling begins only after the chamber passes 1.2 ATA, so it never interferes with the door-seal process, and it's built for continuous use at 1.3 ATA and above. The result is real oxygen data, in real time, every session — without opening the chamber or placing a sensor inside the pressurized cabin.

This kit supports ambient-pressure air-quality monitoring and does not, by itself, constitute NFPA 99 certification or regulatory compliance.
