Comments and DMs are answered automatically. A conversation is only sent to Workiz once it has a name, email, phone, the product they asked about, and a request for a specialist to reach out. Everything else is held here so nothing gets lost.
Connection status
Each channel turns green once its environment variables are set in Netlify (Site configuration, Environment variables). Nothing here is stored in the browser.

Inbound webhook
Point the Meta app webhook (fields: feed, comments, messages) at this URL and use META_VERIFY_TOKEN as the verify token.
